Avocado Salsa

Recipe: 
Step 1-Chop
1 Onion
2 medium Avacados (~1 cup)
5 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 cup Cilantro
Jalapenos- add to taste
Step 2-
1 clove garlic, mince
Juice of 1 lime (adds a great taste and keeps the avcados looking pretty for a couple of days )
A pinch of Salt
Step 3 -
Mix all ingredients together, stiring well.  Store in the refridgerator until it's time to serve.  Best used within a 2 days.
